About Us
As a result of the growing concern for environmental clean-up and
increasing governmental regulations, Bio Industries, Inc.
constructed an extensive bio remediation facility that is easily
accessible from both Interstate 5 and State Highway 99. Bio
Industries, Inc. has been in operation since 1989, it is licensed to
treat all non-hazardous and petroleum contaminated soils. We offer
numerous services and equipment through our construction division,
Ben's Truck & Equipment, Inc.(BTE), making Bio Industries, Inc.
your complete bio remediation center.
Bio Industries, Inc. bio remediation facility operates under the
authority of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board and
the Integrated Waste Management Board. Our facility accepts
non-hazardous soils which have been contaminated by
hydrocarbons such as gasoline, diesel, fuel, kerosene, motor oil,
and grease. Unless previously approved by the California Regional
Water Quality Control Board, all soils must meet our pre-acceptance
testing requirements prior to being transported to our facility.
Bio Industries, Inc. prides itself on rapid response to all of your
non-hazardous soil treatment needs. We accept soil immediately
upon lab verification that our acceptance have been met. Bio
Industries, Inc. provides assistance in the profiling and analytical
requirements of soil treatment and disposal.
Excavation and transportation of contaminated soil, classified as
non-hazardous, and approved for acceptance by our facility, may be
performed by the Generator or our affiliate, Ben's Truck &
Equipment, Inc. BTE also offers full service transportation and
disposal of hazardous soils and chemicals to approved hazardous
waste facilities throughout the United States.
Bio Industries, Inc., bases price quotes on the results of the
pre-acceptance tests, tonnage and waste characterization. All price
quotes will be provided prior to shipment, and in no case will the
actual cost exceed the original price quotation. There are no hidden
costs! The only items not included in a price quotation are the costs
of required pre-acceptance testing, and any tests associated with
waste not approved for treatment.
Disposal Services
As our bio remediation facility is a treatment site, and not a landfill,
Generators are not held for long term, "cradle to grave"
responsibility for the waste. Closure plans are prepared for all soils
accepted and treated at the facility.
In addition, our portable screening operation can be easily
assembled at any location for on-site filtration. This screening
operation is often used at excavation sites containing large amounts
of concrete, asphalt, rock, etc. The process filters out large, foreign
matter which may interfere with the bio remediation of the
contaminated soil. In turn, this saves a great deal of money, as the
cost is based on tonnage. By filtering out these heavier items, the
tonnage of the shipment is greatly reduced.
